Sprint Announces Instinct Mini

While the Samsung Instinct Mini was just announced today, Sprint decided to go ahead and produce the handset officially available from their side as well. It will be known as the Instinct S30, offering a similar haptic touchscreen display, a 2 megapixel camera, a Speech-to-Action button that allows you to “text, picture messaging, traffic, movie, sports, news and search” simply by speaking to it. We wonder how non-native English speakers will handle it - will it be sensitive adequate to register the word “blue”? Folks who have played Brain Age on the Nintendo DS
will know what I mean. In addition, Samsung has provided access to core Java APIs for creative developers to take advantage of that platform, which should add more value to the handset in due moment. The Sprint Instinct S30 will be out that April 19th, retailing for $129.99 after a 2-year agreement and $70 mail-in-rebate.Permalink: Sprint Announces Instinct Mini from Ubergizmo | Cheap | Hot: Apple’s Netbook | Hot (FR): Test du Palm Pre
